Built From Real Experience

You and we share the same battlefield. Josh was pushed by a boss so hard that his body quit and he landed in a hospital bed. That was the moment he realized the corporate machine would never protect his family, his mind, or his future. Keelstone grew out of that wreckage, not a textbook. We built this work for men who carry the same weight, who refuse to trade their family and health for another performance review.

Why This Work Matters

We see men, standing in a gap with almost no real guidance. You are told to grind, to provide, to stay grateful for a seat at the table, while your health, marriage, and sense of purpose erode. Our mission is simple and demanding. We help you design a 20 year architecture that ties income, time, and energy to what matters most, so your family gets your best years, not your leftovers.

What We Bring To The Table

Josh did not walk away from a weak career. He walked away from a senior role in a Fortune 500 company, with a JD, a finance degree, and an MSc in Strategic Foresight. He has spent decades reading balance sheets, contracts, and future trends while fighting his own battles with depression and anxiety. When we sit with a man, we bring legal, financial, and foresight training, and we combine it with scars from layoffs, abuse, and starting again with a family to protect.

Meet Josh Brockway

Josh is the man on the other side of the table with you, not someone who figured this out from an AI model. He spent years as a senior manager in a Fortune 500 company, earned degrees in finance, law, and Strategic Foresight, and still ended up in a hospital because of workplace abuse and grind culture. That breaking point forced a choice. Stay in a system that was killing him slowly, or take his family through a hard reset and build something that honored his purpose and their future.

He chose the second path, with all the fear, loss, and uncertainty that came with it. Josh has led his wife and twins through unstable income, identity shifts, and rebuilding a career on different terms. Every tool in Keelstone exists because he needed it first — to translate panic into numbers, numbers into decisions, and decisions into a life his family could count on. That's what we're building with you.
